Why am I always so nervous?!

Question: Why am I always so nervous?
I have a presentation tomorrow and I m already a bit nervous. I hate it! I m already in high school, I should be like that! Even when a teacher asks me a simple question, my heart is like pounding! Or when I have a row with a friend/family member.... my eyes are full of tears!
I cant control it, stupid hormon! Does anybody has this problem too?

It used to happen with me as well, but no one but only you can help yourself with this. You are under confident! You need to be confident. Confidence building is very important in such cases. Force yourself to indulge in activities that include communicating with a huge crowd of people. Don't worry about what people may be thinking about you, and don't imagine that a whole lot of people are looking at you. Just try to be calm and chill, and have this thing in your head that what you're saying 100% correct and that everyone is appreciating you. Confidence can get you great successes in life
All the best!

OMG. Me too! I'm ALWAYS nervous. At school I always shake, get sweaty palms, and I blush and stutter whenever people talk to me. It's horrible! Sorry, I don't know how to answer your question...All I know is that I'm on the same boat as you.

I've had that same issue, but the simplest thing is not to look at everyone just focus on one individual at a time to look at and just take long deep breaths.
