What is this? PLZ HELP!? :(?!


Question: What is this? PLZ HELP!? :(?
I'm 15 an a girl.
I have depression but my mom dosen't know...
I see guidance counselor at my skl because of it so thats all sortd.
But i have this other problem and i dun no who to talk to about it..
Basicly. At night i have to loook out my window and kiss it 15 times for my age... Then i have to stare at stars and if i blink or lose concentration i have to do it for 100 seconds. If i dont do it i think that something bad will happen to my mum like getting killed or trapped or something.
everytime i walk downstaires i have to touch the bannistair 5 times if not i think something else bad will happen...
Other things like at skl i have to circle my date an title evn though i get into trouble because if i dont i think im gunna get murdered by my dad
But i dont do the thing tat most people espect which is continuosly washing my hands :S
i keep getting visions of this woman watchin me too an it creeps me out. An i hear her voice in my dreams and a school
And i get visions of my mum being stabbed or murdered and my sister having her legs slashed at an having her throat slit by someone in a mask i get nightmares an it wakes me up most nights.
Please help this is taking over my life!?!

Granted you are still young, many people wouldn't give you the advice im going to. I believe something had to trigger this, something from your growing up years, when you were young. you could also be experiencing something from your past life. you also could be having premonitions or seeing what has happened in the past or what may happen in the future. I do have my own beliefs like you do, and this what im telling you is what i believe. I know i cant go up or down stares without counting them,. i have to, i have always had to. the things i see, or hear, or the visions that come to me in dreams, if i told normal people that they would wonder why im not locked up. lol. most of my dreams or visions always come true. im not saying believe what im telling you, but sure do think about it. and do some research about these things i have mentioned. if you do think im not full of crap and want to talk more, heres my email- chad_princess@hotmail.com, :)

Like what most everyone else is thinking, I believe you have OCD as well. And the things you say you think will happen sounds like it came from horror movies. So if you watch those a lot and around the time you go to sleep, then I don't think you should watch them at all anymore or anything else with violence or bloody gory stuff. I suggest that you tell you counselor about this as well because they may be able to help you.



Obsessive-compulsive disorder is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions).

Often the person carries out the behaviors to get rid of the obsessive thoughts, but this only provides temporary relief. Not performing the obsessive rituals can cause great anxiety.
you should speak to your doctor to get medication



It's called OCD. Lots of people get it. You can beat it and nothing bad will happen when you do. But please do something about your awful english. If you cant be bothered to spell properly even when there's a spell checker available what does that say about you? Think about it.



i belive its called OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)

i watched a tv show about people with ocd and they have some things that are very simular to your problem :)

I'd talk to your school counsellor about it she can also help with that it will help if you have someone to talk to about it



It will probably go away. I went through that to a lesser degree; couldn't stop the microwave on an unlucky number, etc. Try working out, wear yourself out, and keep busy. You'll eventually forget to do one of those things and nothing bad will happen, then you'll change something else for some reason and eventually realize that maybe that first thing wasn't actually doing anything.
You'll grow out of it. It's a 15 thing- wanting more control over your life. You'll get a little more overtime until all that pretty much just disappears.
