Would you consider this as a sleep disorder?!

Question: Would you consider this as a sleep disorder?
I sleep very late everyday. At the moment, it's 3.41am. Most of the time I have an average of 5 hours of sleep and sometimes I just don't sleep. Occasionally I crash and sleep for 12 hours.

During my sleep, I'll never ever sleep straight through. I'll keep waking up almost once every hour regardless of the length of my sleep. Sometimes more, sometimes less (The least in the first 2 hours). I wake up rather easily unless I'm dreaming. The only time I'm in a deep sleep is when I'm dreaming and my dreams are mostly, not good.

Falling asleep is difficult unless I'm very tired so I normally tire myself before I sleep.

If you consider this as a sleep disorder, would you consider it insomnia?

Also, I'm quite prone to waking up with sleep paralysis.

Answers:

More than 100 differentdisorders ofsleeping and waking have been identified. They can be grouped in four main categories:

Problems with falling and staying asleep (insomnia)
Problems with staying awake (excessive daytimesleepiness)
Problems with sticking to a regularsleep schedule (sleep rhythm problem)
Unusual behavoirs duringsleep (sleep-disruptive behaviors)

you need to speak to your doctor or theres certain home remedys you can use to get you back in your routine but if hot baths and maybe walking before going to bed doesnt work you shoud maybe get sleeping tablets thats what i had to get and they have really helped the downside is though they are very addictive.

I have similar problems sleeping... I don't get to sleep till 4 a.m some days, get none the next and sleep ridiculous amounts other days. Always tired. Seriously tired, but can't sleep anyway.

I don't think it is a sleeping disorder, it may be insomnia.
Itt is ****...
