Question: I feel depressed today, is this why?
if i woke up at 7am tomorrow, did a 3 hour work-out and eat healthy, would i feel better?

I would recommend you make excessive a regular part of your routine, try and avoid hangovers by drinking less and eating healthy stuff and having an occassional treat.
