Question: I need help - Depression sapped all motivation to work?
Answers:

Make sure you eat good food and avoid bad food. Try and eat a lot of green food i.e. spinach, broccoli etc. Good for the brain and blood. Try a couple of shots of Wheat Grass every day and exercise. Make your body feel good and your brain and emotions will follow.

Take a mental vacation, even if it is for five to ten minutes. Realise that your depression is only temporary and it will eventually go away.

Go out and do things!!! Anything!!! Just to get out and get your thinking back to normal. Take a deep breath and try to relax. Realise you are still alive!!!

Pretend to laugh even if you are felling low, eventually you'll say to yourself "Why the hell am laughing?" and that in itself is going to make you laugh...

Say the following as fast as you can:

"LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL"

"ha, ha, ha, ha, ha"

You laughing yet?

"See, its already working, now get back to work!" :)

I just went through a similar thing. Try finding someone to talk to, even though I know it's hard. Just try to do your best :)
