Urgh.......how can I feel less depressed..?!


Question: Urgh.......how can I feel less depressed..?
Urgh...my half term holiday has just went by. I have a pile of work to do, but I found it impossible to focus. I really want to focus, but I just can't!!! I end up spending hours on YouTube or playing games or on Msn...what do I do??!! My main distraction is my laptop.

School is tomorrow, and I have mock exams coming up soon, which I shall do horribly in if I don't work really hard now.

What can I do to focus on my work without feeling too stressed..

:(( please help I'm procrastinating as I write this on yahoo answers...I need help!!

I also suffer from depression :/ I have to be in a good mood to be able to focus on anything, Ive been told that forcing yourself out of your depressive pattern (of spending hours on youtube and msn instead of working) can be helpful in the long run. Just tell yourself you need to work now, and put everything else aside. You have to help yourself or this will worsen :/



try to think positive, why dont you try booking something that you would enjoy doing or seeing. that always helps me, puts me in a better mood.
