Hey,

I have Crohn's (which is quite similar to IBS), and doctors related mine back to stress and anxiety as well. I started getting acupuncture, which helped relieved tension in my muscles, and yoga was also quite therapeutic. But, being a stubborn teenager, I didn't like being told what to do. So, I realized that stress relief is an individual practice. Everyone is different. Now, I run almost everyday, which boosts my mood, and everyone around me notices a change as well. I have more confidence and feel like every aspect of my life has improved. Zumba is also a fun way to get your body moving and doing something active (while burning a few extra calories :-)).

PS. I saw a psychologist, which actually caused me more stress. But, I have also heard many success stories about how helpful they are. I wish you the best of luck. No one deserves to have medical problems as a result of stress. Try to figure out what is causing your stress and anxiety. That's helpful as well.

PSS. I agree with the girl above me on praying.

My worst panic attacks were happening in the car !and Now i can drive far away out of my old safety zone laughing to myself alone in the car and enjoying it like i never did before.I now this will help you.

aww i dont knoe what i can do for you but is to pray.I hope you feal better

deep breaths first and count 10-1 slowly and keep on doing that till you feel better,
try hot tub if friend owns one it helps! and well lite yoga and some walking outdoors,
and well just breath deep and let go let god, and say i am fine i am safe, i am loved,
i am gonna be aright and be at peace..
try sitting seeing tv tonight and breath and relax alot try closing eyes and clearing your mind,
and pretend your on a beach and sitting in beach chair you can hear the water coming in.

If you cannot be or don't want to be or have no money to get a real diagnostic , then I will tell you that, you are a having a depression and perhaps, bi-polar disorder so , you have to help yourself and try to get out of that by, doing some activities and stop mumbling on stuff from the past, It's very difficult cause life isn't easy anywhere and we all have to help ourselves.. Go where you will be comfortable and stop listening to everyone, they are not in your shoes, make the best out of your life cause it is short ,,
