It only happens sometimes. It's not a constant thing for me. But sometimes, I'll think of something out of nowhere, like I'll think of monsters, and then, in my head, I will see them, and then they'll pop out of nowhere and scare me and I'll scream and then realize it wasn't really there...

Could be.. Or you could just have a vivid imagination. Usually schizophrenia includes voices or somebody trying to convince you to do something. If you are really worried, id suggest seeing a doctor. Best of luck to you. :)
