I need help what should I do I am very depressed.?!
Question: I need help what should I do I am very depressed.?
I have no money so I can't see a therapist. I don't qualitfy for help with money to seek mental help, because I have money in a trust fund. But I am not able to touch the trust fund....only the person in charge. And she refuses to give me the trust fund money.
So I am broke and scared and need mental help. What can I do to get my life back?
I have been told I am worthless by two of my ex boyfriends and told I am an idiot and don't ammount to anything.

The first thing you need to do is buy your food at the grocery store. A peice of fruit and lunchmeat sandwich is much healthier than any fast food. This is why you are sick and have acne.
Second, call the homeless shelter in your area. If you stay there a few days you are likely to find permanent housing through section 8 or HUD. If you can't do this, try to find a family member to stay with. You are depressed because you are living in a situation you need to get out of. Find a mental health place by calling help hotline at 211. Many places are on sliding scale. Tell help hotline what is going on with the monies, and they will find a solution for you.
Another way around this is to just check your self into a hospital for the depression, and let them help you. You would really benefit from this because they will work out a doctor for you to see when you get out, have you on medicine, and have you eating well. They can set you up with a case manager to get you a place to live, too. Seek treatment even if it is scary, because you will feel like you again. They can help you get counseling, too, to help with your self esteem. It would be a wise decision to take a retreat at the hospital. You need to be able to relax, and you can relax and get the help you need there.
I had alot of the same issues in life from the hoarder parent to the poor nutrition and homelessness. I ended up at the YWCA for a year. I went to the hospital and got the help I needed. I am on lithium now for bipolar.
You WILL get through what ever problems you're going through. This setback is a set up for a comeback. Remember that no one is in charge of your happiness except you and the future is not a place you are going but one you are creating.
talk to a friend, someone. To get all your feelings out there and not inside you
you need to forgot about what other people say and think of your self first!!!
