Does death hurt you in a physical way and/ or a mental way?!

Question: Does death hurt you in a physical way and/ or a mental way?
Answers:

The simple answer is both. Obviously we suffer mental grief but this in turn can cause physical problems ranging from the simple such as headaches, nausea and poor digestion to more serious problems such as asthma and heart problems. There has been much research into the physical symptoms of grief and it is widely accepted that many people suffer physical problems after bereavement. In extremem cases, some people have been known to develop heart problems - it is possible, though rare, to literally die of a broken heart.

In my religion Greek orthodox we dont feel anything untill we relise we have died then we of course overcome with shock etc etc.

But to be honest i use to think abou tthat stuff and it just makes you depressed man dont think about and live a long and happy life think about it when you come across it
