no anxiety will eventually go away but pills can cause problems... u may get addicted and u may get side affects such a dizzyiness etc

It's baffling that you would start swallowing drugs without having a very firm and sound understanding of what the drug does.

I've given this advice to more than a few people that I know, all of them turned into 'regular' people. Artificial sweeteners, processed foods and similar garbage all have a huge impact on your body, mind, and mood. The first thing I recommend doing is changing your diet. If it has mono-sodium glutamate (MSG), aspertame, or high fructose corn syrup in it DO NOT CONSUME IT. In fact, make a real solid effort to lay off the sugar. It wouldn't surprise me if you are often coming down from some sort of chemical or sugar induced high which causes radical swings in mood and frame of mind.

If you want to really make a change in lifestyle, get some exercise in conjunction with what I just suggested. Eat fruits and vegetables, if you can't stomach all the vegetables a little organic ranch dressing never killed anyone (probably). Keep yourself hydrated. If you are curious about what to drink, if nothing else, get reverse osmosis water.

Drugs are not the answer, organic or otherwise. Weed might help, but that's a different story.
