Question: I've been seeing/feeling things unusual...?
So today I noticed that I zoned out alot..there was this point during the day that I tried to open my cousins car with her key....the only thing is, I was trying to open the wrong car door. But I wasn't doing it... I was watching me...well my body trying to open the car.
Then when my cousin said my name and when I turned around (I was in my body again) a manic faced me was standing with her laughing at me. BUT it/I was looking manic/possed looking.
I also noticed that everytime I have cut/overdosed, been hurt, etc. I have been LOOKING at myself not actually been in my body :/
What's the name of this?
I know it's a mental problem but WHAT is the name for this?
And how do I explain this to my councellor?
