when i drink alcohol....?!

Question: When i drink alcohol....?
i was just wondering what you think in my situation?
i would consider myself.. if something bothers me i don't tend to say anything because i don't wanna hurt anyone feels.. but when i drink everything seems to come out and i get really mad at times and say everything how i feel... what does it mean.. the next day i wake up i do say sorry but i really mean the things i say? so what you think?

Answers:

Well, alcohol tends to lower inhibitions so you might say some things that your inhibitions would usually prevent you from saying. But if you keep doing it people will probably catch on that you really mean it so you might want to limit alcohol consumption around people that you secretly dislike lol!
Some people say that you can really see who people are when they drink but our inhibitions are such a big part of us that I wouldn't take that too seriously.

One of alcohol's qualities as a central nervous system depressant is that it lowers or weakens your normal inhibitions, those inner brakes that normally stop you from sharing, or in some cases, doing certain things. In fact, since ancient times alcohol has been considered something of a "truth serum" for this reason. There is even an old motto in Latin to this effect, "In vino veritas," which means "in wine is the truth."

BA Psychology and various.

1) When you drink you have a complete personality change.
2) The next day you wake up feeling sorry about what you said but you still believe it.
3)Sounds like alcohol is causing problems in your life
40 You might be wise to visit an AA meeting and talking with some members after the meeting. There is a booklet about being an alcoholic and yes or no answers. You might find that interesting.

There is a saying that the truth comes out when you are drunk!

However, alcohol is not the answer and will only alienate you from your friends and loved ones.

If you have issues you wish to raise then think about what you want to say and try to say it in a way that will gain you sympathy and understanding.

I am not a mean drunk, but had this problem with Ativan, another behavioral disinhibitor. The stuff I said I did NOT mean. The drug made me angry and hateful, and I got tagged with a borderline diagnosis for years until my new bf (now husband) figured it out. Adderall did the same, as did antipsychotics. Interesting alcohol is no issue for me.

There are happy drunks and mean drunks. You are a mean drunk. If you are going to drink even though you shouldn't, keep telling yourself to control your mouth. Sometimes it also depends on what you drink. Hard liquor can sometimes cause it. Been there and done that.

I think you're one of the angry drunks who is changed completely by the alcohol. I would seriously consider cutting back on the alcohol, if not stopping completely. Don't hurt the people around you.

There are better ways of dealing with your feelings.

I did ecstacy and it messed me up. Please quit while your ahead.
