best: i was drinking and smoking with my boyfriend at his party and we all were smokin on the steam roller and chicks were gettin real high they could stand up and one fell into the pool. it was a great time.
worst: stopped smoking for 10 months smoked and just felt so horrible

Can you please describe you best and worst experience while under the influence? One new years eve when 19 I drove home drunk and couldn't remember anything about the night the next day. I quit drinking for a year after that. Best experience would be having more fun at a party cause I am relaxed. Just 2 drinks will do that

I don't hang out with anyone with a drug or alcohol problem. I have counseled them, however

I think you are going to have trouble getting enough data to actually have measurable results. Because the questions are controversial and you are suggesting they remain anonymous- why not put this on a blog and then use a third party messaging service so they can submit the responses to your survey truly anonymously?

I've never tried illegal drugs in my life, I wouldn't know where to start! (not that I'd want to or dare) I've seen programmes etc & apparrantly they can contain rat poison, powderd glass & God knows what, I have alcohol now & again, never had much interest in trying cigerettes. Some friends I meet are ex alcoholics or drug addicts as some disability services I use are mixed with these.

Do you smoke cigarettes or use any other tobacco products, if so, how many, how often, and at what age did you start? started smoking when i was 9 got caught when i was 10 stopped till i was 12 well nearly and ever since then but i used both cigarettes and tobacco

Do you drink alcohol, if so, how much, how often, and at what age did you start? first drink was when i was 8 (only a glass of wine or something) but started drinking heavy when i was around 11 i havent drunk in a while but i used to go through a 70cl bottle of spirit or wiskey a night

Can you please describe you best and worst experience while under the influence? worst expriance well losing my girlfriend because i took to many drugs and it made me do crap apprently i wasnt who i used to be but she dated me knowning i took a hell of alot of drugs and some other factors that didnt help either tbh probasbly didnt have anything to do with the drugs im just blaming them cause its easier
