Mental health or none. FML?:/?!

Question: Mental health or none. FML?:/?
My Cousin who i loved more than anything passed away, and from there it's been getting worse and worse. After my cousin died, i started cutting myself. Then me and my best friend kept falling out, then i start having problems at school, every single teacher has been getting on my case. Then at home things started getting worse, My step mum and me cant be in the same room anymore. Being with my mum almost 24/7 is making me and my step dad fight loads more. I dumped my boyfriend and he went into depression, My friends are starting to ditch me. Someone who i liked asked me out and things started getting better. But now they're going to dump me, My best friend is getting into so much crap because of her boyfriend its unreal.. Im to busy carrying everyone else's secrets, i never have a moment to myself. Im getting so stressed out that im starting to cut my stomach so my arms don't get shown. Ugh! i feel like killing myself, which ive all ready tried to do in the past.

The reason i stopped tryng to be a **** and cut myself, is now the reason i am cutting myself. Any ******* ideas to help me?! Im so close to going and grabbing a knife or something, This is a last resort.... :/

Yahoo answers isn't the place for the kind of help you need. Please go to see someone like your school counsellor or just seek any kind of professional help. Here's a start, call the Samaritans helpline (08457 90 90 90), they can support you and give you the right information about what steps you can take to get the right kind of help. Just, try to switch off from your thoughts every once in a while until then.

It sounds like depression.
I think that you should go to the doctor and tell him how you feel.
Depression is very serious and won't go away by itself, and can get very bad.
With treatment everything will get better :)
Good luck x

Which parent is the most gentle with you and fights the least... Tell that parent that you would like to speak with a grief counsellor about your the cousin you lost.

I had no one to talk to at the time, I was busy helping my 3 kids get over the death of both their grandmothers. my mother in-law was sick and died, and then less than 48 hrs my mother died. So I understand what you are dealing with. You feel that you can't calm down and your heart is beating so fast and near panic attacks. Just get someone to help you through it. It's not nice grieving alone.

It will pass fully around a year and then all of a sudden you find a weight lifted off your shoulders and slowly you are able to talk to people and have fun again. But in the meantime be kind to yourself.
