My anti-social lifestyle is starting to take a huge toll on me?!
Question: My anti-social lifestyle is starting to take a huge toll on me?
I'm 17 years old and I've been going to school online for the past 2 years, ever since I stopped going to normal school (and even like a year before that) I've started drifting away from all my friends and now I really only talk to my 2 best friends and I don't even talk to them on a regular basis.
At first I didn't really mind being introverted but now I wake up depressed because I can't stand the monotony of my life anymore. I want to start being more social but I don't think it's possible in my situation, especially since I have social anxiety disorder.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get back into being social (while keeping in mind that I do online school and I have social anxiety)?
