Answers:

Uhm.. She's 19, she can't drink. It's illegal. You can both get arrested.

Hey,
So now this has become too much of an issue, not just for your sister, but for you too. It is affecting lives, so something HAS to be done. So, you must sit her down, when she is sober, with you and your Mum, but resist the urge to get angry and shout, stay calm and ask your Mum to do so too. Your sister will need help to deal with this, if not it will just escalate out of control. Why has she suddenly turned to drink? Explain how her drinking is upsetting you and putting a lot of pressure on you too, that might be enough to change her ways.
The Dr is the first person to get her to go to, he/she will refer her for counselling to beat alcoholism. If she refuses to go, then you have another problem.
I can provide more help and support if you want to get back to me.
