I feel so guilty and somewhat depressed, any suggestions?!

Question: I feel so guilty and somewhat depressed, any suggestions?
I feel so guilty and sad. I have not treated people in the way that i should have and now I feel hurt because of it. I have become depressed due to this and some other things (in some of my other questions) and at one point almost contemplated suicide. The only thing that stopped me was what I thought would happen if I wasn't there anymore (the girl I like who is also one of my best friends made me realize it). Anyway, I want to get back to where I was before all this, may you please help me out?

Im 15 if that helps.
(also, I have been hurt by many people in the past, that is partly why im depressed)

Answers:

You should talk to all the people who you hurt and ask them for forgiveness. You need to tell the people who hurt you that it hurts inside. I suggest talk to a school councilor. They can help you or tell your parents. Don't kill yourself dude. Death is never the answer. Talk to the people who hurt you and maybe they will forgive you. Tell a therapist or councilor about what the people did to hurt you and tell the councilor the things you did to them. I hope this helps. :)

I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time right now. People make mistakes in life, and sometimes you have to learn from what was done and make changes for the future. Sometimes apologizing can be helpful to move forward, but also not possible at times. Thinking about suicide is serious, so you need to talk to someone soon! Doctors and Therapists are used to talking to people about feelings like this, so just be honest with how you are feeling. I know that talking about all of this can be scary, but you really need some support to sort through all of this and they want to help! You could also probably talk to family, a school counselor or priest/pastor too! If you want to talk, you can also call the Boys Town National Hotline at 1-800-448-3000. Counselors are available 24 hours a day. Take Care!
