Screamo or heavy metal actually does help get it all out, when im pissed off i listen to it and it gets it out of my system and i can feel happier again. But, im no psychologist so i'll leave this one to the professionals, but i'd definately say talk to people in real life, go see a therapist or a doctor or somebody! You are not alone.
Contrary to belief heavy metal can relax and calm you down, listen to some metallica or lamb of god. If your angry, try slipknot's " Everything Ends ". The lyrics describe pretty much what youre going through.
