Should I admit myself into a hospital?!

Question: Should I admit myself into a hospital?
I have thoroughly contemplated about suicide, over dosed on pills, cut my wrist a few times... never to a serious extent. I cry EVERY SINGLE DAY, I get mad easily, I am very needy towards my boyfriend and can be fine when hes with me, Once he leaves it all over again. I grab my scalp and pull my hair very hard when I'm upset and crying and everyday I think of drowning myself, stabbing myself, or hanging myself just to end this internal pain.... What should I do? I'm ONLY 17!

Just get over yourself. Get over IT. There are always people who have it worse than you. Life sucks but put on your big girl panties and deal with it. Get over it and accept that there are people who love you. What about your boyfriend? How do you think this makes him feel? How do you think he would feel to lose you? Just STOP IT.

There are various options (here in the UK - I am not sure where you are) some of them include support witiin the community so you may not need to do something as drastic as hospital - but to start with make an appointment with the doctor who can sort out the correct options for you to take, it could be something as simple as getting some councelling, or medication to resolve a chemical imbalance.

Do get help - cause it sounds like you need support to get back up onto your feet.

PS i know it's a long shot - but are you on the pill? This can cause problems with depression and mood swings - consider any other medications you are already on - discuss these with your doctor to try to find out if they may be the root cause.

good luck

It seems like you lack some skills to deal with attachment and abandonment.

Skill are things that you can learn if you are willing to get taught.

And since you are asking you are willing to learn a solution for the issue that is occupying your mind. So call up a psychologist/psychotherapist in your neighborhood and make an appointment to see him/her.

Stay safe and get the help that you deserve!!!
