It's normal to feel self conscious at your age. Just try not to let it get to you. Act confident and think about your destination and what you're doing. Does it happen more when you're alone? If so, try to stick with friends or family when you can. Believe me, it'll pass.

are you wearing revaeling clothes? in other words are you asking for it? if not then its all in your head and thats probably what you really want.
