can anybody help me???!

Question: Can anybody help me???
For about two months now I have been having an anxiety problem and its gotten worse to the point where i'm considering suicide but when i start to think about it i start to cry the only thing i enjoy anymore is my little sisters and i can't talk to anybody about it cause they just say i'm retarded stop thinking about but the thing is i can't i just don't feel like myself anymore i can't take it.

i went to go see a counselor a little while ago and it helped a bit but i don't go to see her again till the 22 and i just can't wait.

i feel like i'm losing my mind i'm scared of everything like having an undetected illness brain tumours, air embolism, heart problems such as heart attack/stroke and mad cow disease.

what all started this is about three months ago i couldn't get to sleep and was watching a movie and then suddenly i got this bad chest pain near4 my heart and got really scared and went to the ER they ran an ecg on me and said nothing was wrong so i went home and kept on getting the chest pain and it just really scared me and also about 8 months ago my moms cheese slid off her cracker and my parents are going through a big custody battle.

I just don't know what to do.

It looks like you have suffered panic attacks. People who have this condition typically pay way too much attention to any change in their body, then produce scary thoughts about the perceived symptom, jack themselves up, and panic. It made you think you were having a heart attack, I bet. Many who suffer from panic attacks show up to ER's the first couple of times, certain they were near death.

What can you do? Basic strategies in include deep breathing techniques (slowly breathing in for several seconds through the nose, slowly releasing the air for several seconds throug the mouth), and relaxation training. The deep breathing will regulate your breathing and prevent hyperventilation. The relaxation will counteract the muscle tension that comes with anxiety, and will help you focus more on controlling the problem than wondering if you are about to die. The last part of recovery probably takes the help of a therapist that is well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You'll have to train your mind to look at the validity of the messages you send to yourself at the earliest sign of anxiety or tension. The mind is quite powerful, and the scarier the message we believe, the stronger the dump of norepinepherin into the blood stream, causing that "fight/flight" response. The calmer, more rational the message, the more at ease the body will be.

I hope this overview helps.

My dear, you sound like a cracker.
Everyone gets chest cramps sometimes. Best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise, it will make you feel better psychologically, not just physically.
As for suicide, don't be selfish and think what that will do your little sisters.

your not the only one with this

my best friend had this, she was scared to go out or do anything becasue she was convinced she was going to die and kept feeling real pain that wasnt there to detect.

she finally got medication for it
