Question: Please help will i ever get better from my stress problems?
feel ive literally been going insane lately and can NEVER relax. ive recently lost 2 loved ones in a 1 month's time, and i took it so hard that i dropped my courses in college and couldnt even do my job at work. i feel like ive ruined my life. im so stressed that im barely eating and cant sleep at night. my hearts beating so fast i cant even breathe, this happens like every day. also my skin has gone from a perfect complextion, to pale with breakouts everywhere. my eyebrows are also thinning?? why is this happening?? will they grow back and will my skin go back to normal? as if my life problems arent enough, now its causing my appearance to be even worse, which is stressting me out MORE. i feel like its a vicious cycle. im only 22 and have bags under my eyes as if im aging already. help please :( what can i do!

Your body is reacting to stress. Your situation is hard and you need to seek professional help and support. Are there people near you that can help you cope with all that?

Also, no matter what, try to be kind to yourself. Try to eat right, get some exercise, sleep enough, pray and cry when you must.

Try to get help there where you are. Meanwhile, remember, this too shall pass.



Do you have someone that you could talk with in confidence? Sometimes the way to get through such a horrific episode is to deal with it openly. Talking about it and the way you feel does help. It will take time to get back to where you can function as you did before but you will get there. I am so sorry for your losses and hope you find solace in accepting help from someone else that you can trust.

I lost two of my best friends within 4 months time and then my husband committed suicide 4 days after Christmas.

my condolences on your losses. that is a difficult thing you are going through right now. you need to first go to your regular doctor for a check up to make sure that there is nothing physical going on with you. explain to him/her what has been going on. that information is needed for your doctor to know how to help you. he/she should be able to give you some medicine to help you deal with the stress that you are under due to the two losses that you have suffered. maybe even some mild sleep aids to help you sleep since you are probably not getting the rest that you need in order to heal emotionally and mentally. follow all directions that you are given. you may even need to go see a psychologist for talk therapy until you are feelingi better and can get past the stress. i see one and he has been a great help to me and i am feeling much better since i first started with him. plus please keep in mindn that there is a grieving process that we all go through when we lose someone near and dear to us and you have lost two people. it is important to go through all 5 stages of this grief. eventually you will come out on the other side. but it takes time and every one goes through it at different rates of time. i wish you all the blessings that you need to get you through this.
