Question: I have depression I get abused?

I have no friends I'm only 13 my dad threw a plate at me told me to clean cuz that's all I'm worth.I have Bo confidence.I cAnt. Trust adults.my mom abuses me too. They call me fat ***** ad more. I cut myself and my dad saw and hit me they won't let me get help. I want to die. I was forced to lie to childservices. I do nothin wrong they blame it on me I'm a good person I go to school I have good grades.I have no one to go too

Maybe you should call the proper autrhorities,and tell them.
