What is going on in my head?!

Question: What is going on in my head?

So I have this thing where I am going to do something like say turn on a light or get a drink or whatever and I have to stop because I get this feeling that the devil is going to take control of me or make my life hell if I go through and turn on the light or whatever. What does this sound like to anyone?
