Question: These people inside of me are like multiple personalities but not quite?
I hear their voices and they affect how I act and talk, especially if I am under a blanket. I don't black out when it happens. Each of them is different, and one is from an imaginary friend I had when I was little. They don't tell me to hurt myself/others, or say I'm worthless.

If this is real, you should definitely talk to a psychiatrist or psychologist. Tell your parents if you are a kid, and they can help you find the right person to see. If you're an adult, tell your regular doctor, and they will refer you to the right place. Hearing voices is never a good thing, even if they don't cause you harm right now. It may or may not be serious, but you sound freaked out by it, so seeking help is the right thing to do.

If you can hear voices inside your brain, you are possible harassing by new "voice to skull" technologies.
