Question: What are some side effects from coping with 4-6 hours of sleep?
Their people who can sleep on 4-6 hours of sleep.

I will like to get 4 hours of sleep because I need to make more time for me to get things done.

Will I be able to get my mind into these sleeping patterns?

It isn't a healthy choice to do that. Side effects from lack of sleep include weight gain and lack of focus. I'm pretty sure lack of focus is self explanatory.

If you are lacking sleep, then your body needs to consume more food for an extra source of energy, but, because of your lack of sleep your metabolism is slower, causing you to gain some pounds. Also, scientists say that people who get less than 6 hours of sleep a night are more likely to develop diabetes. For the same reason.

If you need more time to get things done, then make a schedule. Taking sleep time wont help, it will actually decrease your work performance.

it'll be a big change if you havent done this before, and it is definitly not healthy to do this. i read that if you get less than 6 hours of sleep each night, not only is it unhealthy, but your body acts drunk . just sayin'.
