Listen to binaural beats, (they work amazingly well), count sheep, (seriously it works), or you can also take medication. But try binaural beats first, just look em up online. Theres different kinds so search for sleep binaural beats.

Personal experience



Go to a health food store and get a liquid supplement called sleep assure. It has melatonin in it which helps you sleep. It is all natural and is a delicious lemon flavor. It wont make you drowsy the next day. I pay 13 dollars a bottle for it. It is 30 ounces and you only need a cap full. Sometimes I take a little more. Look it up online to see where to buy it.

I used to sleep past 12 am everyday and once i started sleeping at like 9-10pm, i just layed there for hours. However i continued to go to bed at 9 so now i get drowsy and tired by the time 9 comes. So the answer is to make it a habit and you won't be able to help yourself :)
