How to approach my parents about seeing a psychiatrist?!

Question: How to approach my parents about seeing a psychiatrist?
I've been seeing therapists and psychiatrists since I was a freshman in high school. Now, I am a junior in high school, and I've recently quit, because I felt that I was better. In January, all of my insurance networks were switched up, and now, even if I wanted to, I couldn't go back to these therapists and psychiatrists that I've been seeing for the past few years. They're just not available to me anymore. Not conveniently, anyway.
Lately, I've been slipping. I've been having terrible mood swings with worsening anger issues, some hallucinations (I think?), and very mild and occasional self injury. I've been acting cold and distant toward people, and I'm tired of feeling like crap. Every day it all seems to be going downhill.
As much as I hate therapy and meds, I feel like I shouldn't have let 'em go.
I don't expect to get back into that routine for at least a month or so, because I'm preparing for the ACTs and I'm part of the school play, so it would cause even more stress to me. I know "health is more important than this and this" and etc, but I doubt I'll change my mind about waiting for a while...unless I become ridiculously threatening. If I don't become dangerous, and once the ACTs and Play are over, and if I'm still feeling badly, then I plan on addressing the issue.

However. I gaurentee you that my parents will NOT be very happy with me for this. They will find it....absurd. Inconvenient. Irrational. Pathetic. And they'll feel exhausted before they even begin to start. They have made it very clear that they never want to deal with another psychologist or psychiatrist ever again. They hate having to go through with it - find it a waste of time.
But I don't know where I'll be without it. It won't be very good, I imagine.

How do I bring it up to them without....causing......mental breakdowns, arguments, and possibly denial?

How about just telling them how you've been feeling lately and you feel like you need help. Let them know that you have noticed a change since you stopped seeing them and it hasn't been a positive change. Hopefully they'd be really understanding and will help you get better for yourself. Hope this helped ! :]
