I will say a few things that can be the problem.

Lack of stimulation- activities during the day, movement, exercise.

Lack of nutrition-fruits, veggies, fibre, healthy things, you must eat in the morning, give some time to digest, eat with time. You should be also eating three times daily, or at least a few snacks in between meals, such as a banana, apple, orange, nuts, carrots, celery, anything with fibre. You need this energy!

Lack of a routine- Your routine must be all over the place- waking at different hours, sleeping too much, your body is confused. Are you waking many times during the night? Stay away from coffee or caffeine (chocolates at night), etc. Is your room too hot? Lack of oxygen will get you sleepy, tired. Fresh air is nice. Sleep at a reasonable time within your dinner times, for example, if you eat at 6 or 7, try to sleep everyday at 9sh, 10 ish, and wake up at the same times during the morning. Do this until your body does it on it's own, it will program itself like this..hard at first, but you gotta do it. The more you sleep the more your body is tired of doing nothing for so long..a perfect range would be 8-10 hours max. of sleep.

This might be because on the weekends you sleep in, then on the weekdays when your body is still used to waking up at 10-11 o'clock you have to wake up at 5 or 6.

This problem could also be caused by you not getting enough energy. You eat a lot of sugar so your body gets filled up on sugary foods (basically trash) when you need more fulfilling calories. Try a diet rich in carbs and protein (you could eat fish, fresh meat, beans, milk, etc.).

My friend is in the army and he only gets 5 hours asleep. He told me he feel great after 5 hours. Some people have a certain amount of sleep that they need in order to feel good. You might be sleeping too much.

see a doctor please
