I need a painless way to commit suicide?!

Question: I need a painless way to commit suicide?
I want something like a gun to the heart that is quick, but I am too scared of the pain to fire. I am considering jumping off a bridge near my house, but it is always crowded and I'm too embarrassed to do it publicly... That's another thing. I want to be sure that it gets no news coverage. What would be nice is if I could write my family a note saying I've left and then disappear somewhere no one will ever find me when I do it. Or, make it look like an accident perhaps? Either way I also want my family to collect insurance. Destroying my body would be a bonus since it complies the most with my wishes to be cremated. Any educated ideas? Sleeping pills are my first choice, but I'm so confused about the quantity I need to be able to go instantly. Please help?

Suicide is not a solution. If you can manage to recover from depression you will think about past and be pleased that you wouldn’t commit suicide.

I suggest you use the below written receipt as I have done. I have suffered from severe depression from my 18 to 28, I used to think about suicide every day but then I started to do some new things in my life. I have written below those rules which I call “The recipe for happiness”. Thanks to that recipe I have been very happy for 2 years (I’m 30 now).

1) Take heed of your nutrition. Take foods which contain protein like meat (red, chicken, fish), egg, milk, cheese. Eat enough fruit every day. Try to minimise foods which contain sugar and fat. If possible, don’t eat any of them.
2) Do an hour of hard physical exercise every day. There is nothing else which has the same effect with physical exercise. Do stretching as much as you can do every day at suitable times.
3) Run (or at least walk fast) outside at least two days in a week.
4) Take heed of your sleep. Many people need 8 hours sleep in a day. Both of too less and too much sleep make you depressed and fat. Try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.
5) Take some time to learn new things especially by reading every day. This will make you to think better. Make yourself busy with useful things and don’t let bad thoughts come to your mind.
6) Listen to some good music every day and try to mumble some songs and melodies at home. Try to get into the habit of beating out while listening to a song.
7) Try to avoid stress and grief as much as you can. These are the biggest enemies of the brain.
8) Choose your friends carefully. Move away from those who say bad things to you or urges you to do harmful or useless things. Even being alone is much better than being with bad friends. However, if you are able to find good friends, that will be better of course.
9) Use self hypnosis method: Record yourself with a voice recorder. Speak distinctly and say short and positive sentences like "I like living. I like my life. I like myself. I like reading. I like doing exercise." (add what you want to do) and listen to that record every time which is possible, especially when you go to bed to sleep and while sleeping even until morning (Set your player to repeat it continuously). You will see that it works within 3 days.

nicole i missed your age. i would like to get you to a nice doctor asap! Nicole just relax and bad matters will evaporate. Always remember, because of your state, a good helpful medical regiment for you, is to get the blue version of the skelton-muscle relaxant, you and I heard it said, but only a helpful medical doctor will show you more on this so helpful relaxant. Its better to speak w/ a trust-worthy doctor. Again do this ASAP! very good then

look dont do it i used to want to i still sort of do but if u need some1 to talk to about problems u can talk to me and nothing is quick even if the death is the lead up wont be then if you dont die straight away youll be in incredible pain and u obviously care about your family a bit so you still have a reason to live look just dont do it talk about it it may get better

Hey - I have wanted to do that too, or at least run away - dont do it - things get better. Please search medical help. At least research a suicide phone number and call to chat with someone - in australia there is lifeline 131114 http://www.lifeline.org.au. If you are in another country I'm sure there would be something similar. You have a full life to live, set goals within your reach and go for it!!

You can't destroy your body. It is very sinful. You will go straight to Hell, than later you will be forced to get a ghost form of body, than after a while, you will born again as human and has a hellish childhood.
I am speaking out of my own experience. Please don't do it, instead go to a chinese medicine doctor and treat whatever mental problem you have.
And read the Gita: asitis.com

dont commit suicide! its a waste of life and people who have died who wanted to live longer, so taking your life is actually quite selfish tbh ..

You need psychological help. Check to see if there are any clinics in your area immediatley.

First see a psy.Suicide is not a solution to anything.

please dont why would you? I don't want you to die. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

DONT

Are you crazy?

Nearly 2 million older Americans have some type of depression. Sadly, some of them even take their own lives. Yet depression among older adults is often ignored. Learn the warning signs. You may help spare a loved one needless pain. You may also save a life.

Depression is a mood disorder that affects the way you think and feel. The most common symptom is a feeling of deep sadness. People who are depressed also may seem tired and listless. And nothing seems to give them pleasure. It’s normal to grieve or be sad sometimes. But sadness lessens or passes with time. Depression rarely goes away or improves on its own. Other symptoms of depression are:

Sleeping more or less than normal

Eating more or less than normal

Having headaches, stomachaches, or other pains that don’t go away

Feeling nervous, “empty,” or worthless

Crying a great deal

Thinking or talking about suicide or death

Feeling confused or forgetful

The causes of depression aren’t fully known. Certain chemicals in the brain play a role. Depression does run in families. And life stresses can also trigger depression in some people. That may be the case with older adults. They often face great burdens, such as the death of friends or a spouse. They may have failing health. And they are more likely to be alone, lonely, or poor.

Often, depressed people may not want to ask for help. When they do, they may be ignored. Or, they may receive the wrong treatment. You can help by showing parents and older friends love and support. If they seem depressed, help them find the right treatment. Talk to your doctor. Or contact a local mental health center, social service agency, or hospital. With modern treatment, no one has to suffer from depression.

The only way I can think of to kill oneself instantly while also being cremated is to hijack a space shuttle and fly a million mph into the sun.
