Please Help, This akward question but...?!

Question: Please Help, This akward question but...?
I think I have a problem about my anger or upset problem..
Because when one of my friends upset me or make me mad
I go all skits so at school
Their all wondering why?
After I go all skits so, I just sit by myself and think about random thoughts...
Like: My hobbies, What am I doing at school? and who are these weird people?
Then I would walk around many times around the area where my friends and I hang out...
The next minute I am laughing my head off with my friends and chatting and totally forgot about the issue But when I get home from school I suddenly Have the urge to go back to school the following day and tell how much I hate my friend in her face...

I am now wondering do I have something wrong with me or is it normal?

I've had bipolar for 35 years and nothing you describe sounds vaguely like it. I agree with your first answerer. You are at an age when emotions can be volatile, especially anger. The important thing is that you have learned how to calm yourself down and rejoin the group to laugh and have fun. What you are experiencing at home may be some residual anger (leftover anger) because you didn't really get a chance to discuss the issue that made you mad with your friend. You may be afraid of confrontation. Try to learn that calmly explaining why you got mad will help your self esteem and win the respect of your friends, even if they don't agree with you. They will think you're maturing. If you do that, you won't feel mad when you get home. You will have had your say. Best of luck to you!!

that's a link for signs and symptoms of bi polar but don't try to diagnose yourself you should see a doctor and find out what is really wrong with you.

It more sounds to me that maybe you need anger management or it may be possible there are underlying problems with your friend that you need to resolve with you, Figure out why you are so angry at your friends.

Good luck

it sounds to me like a moderate case of a bipolar disorder. you are having frequent mood swings that arent too bad but obviously affect the people around you including yourself. its not that bad of an issue but if it continues at this same rate i would seek out professional help. ask your parents about it, and see if they cant find you a psychiatrist.

take care

This is totally normal, your body and mind are going through changes, huge changes, and this is actually quite good that you go and face your friend, because letting out the anger or hate, is very helpful, unlike keeping it in, suffocating you.

Just one comment though, don't let things stay inside of you for the whole day, once someone upsets you, even if it was your best friend, go and discuss it with her or him, sort it out, if it's worth even getting upset over, then if it's a true friend, she or he would be understanding, and will try avoiding upsetting you again. If not a true friend, then she or he would act all stupid, and piss you off more, so that's the kind of friend to avoid.

By Polar Disorder, hm: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth…

But as they say, never try to diagnose yourself, just enjoy the read with something usefull to know.
