I'm having very bad thoughts about myself.?!

Question: I'm having very bad thoughts about myself.?
I feel very insecure about myself and I can't handle anything anymore. I'm 13 years old. I used to cut myself but haven't in over a month. I've thought about binging and purging, but can't bring myself to do it. I think these self-destructive thoughts are just a way for me to vent. Do you think I need a better way to vent, and i fso, how? I've never had feeling s like this before, is it just a part of growing up? Does every have times they want to cut themselves or do other horrid stuff? I have friends, and a supportive family, and I don't come from a bad background. Never done drugs or anything. I'm just your average joe, and I can't bring myself to stop cutting. I escape into the pain. Plleeaassee help.

i had bad things happend to me in the past . i'm fine now though .. :)

My advice is to listen to some music, play games and go out some where ... these things will make you calm . or happy. I hope :)

Go to your mates house and do somthin ..... try to forget about bad things. focus on your life ,friends and family .

Thats what i would do ... but i think this is just a stage , when i was 10 or younger .. i was angry for some reason . i wanted to do horrble things .. I dont know why And now i'm fine :) lol

just think positive and try to block all the other bad memories/thoughts :) i hoped this helped
I'm 14 years old by the way , I hope your ok . things will get better . :P

Honey, you need to go find some help. I know it's going to be hard to tell someone about this all, but you've got to talk to your parents. They can find you help. Trust me, if you get help now, you'll feel so much better. Message me if you want to talk, but know that I'm just going to keep telling you to talk to your parents.

my dear what you are going through is definitely not a part of normal growing up. you said you have a supportive family so why don't you talk to them or to your friends. but please don't keep it to yourself. you need help and there are many people out there to help you understand the complexities of your situation. try to take up some physical activities like sports or dancing. you have a long wonderful life ahead of you dont harm yourself in anyway.take care and best of luck
