Question: How to prevent/overcome getting nervous?
At work i have to do translating for a group of people(15-20 people) for about 5mins, when i first started my job i used to do it like nothing. When i first started back in Aug.2010 i wouldn't even think about it, it never bothered me, i just got up stood up and did it. Ive been going trough a lot lately as in family problems, life in general and now this situation has come where i get so nervous about standing up and translating. As of Jan. 2011 the problem has gone trough the roof till the point i almost get sick. I dont want to leave the job because of this problem i have done it before with no issues and i know i can. When i do it i feel like everyone is staring at me, my palms start to sweat like no other, arm pits sweat like no other lol, my face turns red which is what i hate the most because then they would know I'm nervous i feel like the people im translating to are putting me pressure one me. On my days off i think about it too much i cant even do nothing without thinking about why? What has happened to me? To much Stress? I don't understand i was never like this. Advice/Answers would be highly appreciated or even similar stories or how you overcome something like this would be very thankful. Please help me i know this issues i don't have to go to a doctor because its something I need to do myself to get better.

i think the nervousness maybe stress induced but idk
