Question: Why am I having panic attacks all of the sudden?
So this past Sunday I had a really bad panck attack that lasted for a
Few hours. And now I can't quit having them. It's like I have one everyday and night. What's wrong with me?

Answers:

I get them all the time. Your heart starts racing, you hypervenelate, you get nausea and feel outta control. I sympathize with you. I started getting them out of nowhere at 14 and im 22 now and still get them. Try to think about what your doing or thinking about right before you have a panic attack. That may help identify whats causing you stress. It could also be also a chemical imbalance as well. Excercise and deep breathing along with getting enough sleep will help you tremendously ! I hope this helps :) Feel better !

get some self help books on overcoming panic attacks, can be ordered from amazon and follow their advice
keep in mind that some enjoy their panic attacks and the adrenalin rush as the fight or flight response kicks in

dont waste time searching for so called subconscious causes of each panic attacks, many shrinks do this
to stop or reduce a panic attack, simply disolve a strong valium type tablet under the tongue when it starts, relax the muscles and breathe deep and slow, let some time pass

dont fear panic attacks as they dont hurt anyone, they may actually be good for you
for long running panic attacks more valium during the attack will be needed, do not accept buspar instead of valium

some docs wont preascibe valium and insist on a prozac tyoe med only, these cause horrible side effects for up to 2 weeks that may make you stop work and with no guarantee they will help later

so phone and ask docs redeptionist whether he will prescribe valium type meds for panic attacks
