Should I withdraw from college? ?!
Question: Should I withdraw from college? ?
I'm severely depressed due to at home issues, lack of esteem, people turning their back of me, and not working plus living at home. My grades are now affected by it. I lack motivation to study and stay focused. Should I leave temporary?

The best way to fight depression- besides seeing a therapyst or a doctor- is staying busy as possible- at the college for instance...for your own good...depression has to be treated-by either psychotherapy or prescription drugs or both- but withdrawing from college will probably rather harm then help....be tough' and be brave...and be blessed...and be successful...
I a a Family Physician- living and working in Israel...good health..
If I was you I would try and find a way of staying in college. Perhaps see a doctor or therapist to get help with the depression.
Or use the college as an escape from the issues at home that are making you unhappy. I was really unhappy at home when I was a kid and it helped me a lot to just concentrate on my schoolwork and it took my mind off the things that were depressing me.
Simply, please consider your health as your first priority. See a counselor at your college, or a doctor, as soon as possible. There are many treatments out there for depression. You don't need to suffer like this. I am rooting for you, Simply. And in the meantime, turn to Psalm 34:18 in your Bible - I find it very encouraging. Peace and a hug to you, Simply.
