To estimate a man’s condition in regard to happiness, it is necessary to ask, not what things please him, but what things trouble him; and the more trivial these things are in themselves, the happier the man will be. To be irritated by trifles, a man must be well off; for in misfortunes trifles are unfelt.

Some people almost feed off nervous energy. I used to worry about things overly (I think I have inherited that from my mum) although I have chilled the last couple of years. A lot of people find it odd that I like having stress in my life (work, not personal!) I think I like the energy and challenge of it - so maybe that's similar to you. I don't know, but I find when things are going smoothly, it seems a bit too easy and not challenging enough!
Omg... me too and I hate it. There is always something that keeps me up at night worrying. There is always something that gives me an uneasy feeling. When that problem gets resolved ........boom......there is something else... and it's probably something that a normal person wouldn't really worry about........ I personally don't think it's normal but maybe it is. I feel your pain buddy!
