17.narcissism with aspects of self hatred aswell
18.loss of peripheral visual distinction

20. long periods of depresion with a loss of all disision making skills

24. unexplained outbursts of extreme rage with no reason

For someone who Is bipolar, from the sounds of it you could be too. I had times of "a high", where I was so happy even negative things didn't sound negative. It was like nothing could effect me. I was engaged on inappropriate behavior (sex, drugs). Acted on impulse. Rarely slept. Bursting with creativity. Felt I had "powers" and could "make things happen with my mind." Ex boyfriends and mother would say I was living in a fantasy world. And then there are times where I'm just down. Feeling hopeless, ugly, uninterested in life.
It sounds alot like you have Schizophrenia as well..due to the seeing and hearing things. Or have psychotic features, because of your depression. Doctors will say that "your mind's playing tricks on you". But you know what you heard/saw.
I would go to a psychiatrist and have him evaluate you. Even if its for 5-10 min. You'll get the prescriptions to help and find good councling.
As a person who has Bipolar, I can rule that out for you.
However, your symptoms are extremely serious and you need to talk to a psychologist/doctor/psychiatrist as soon as you can. Please get help, you deserve it. And as for diagnosing you, this is much to serious for anyone on here to even try to diagnose over the internet.
