Why do I feel like crying for no reason?!

Question: Why do I feel like crying for no reason?
I was just laying in bed listening to Nirvana, when suddenly I wanted to start crying. I was not really sad or anything I just wanted to cry... :/ I don't know why.

Nirvana can do that ;)

Sometimes it's healthy to have a good cry.. lets all your emotions out.
If the band give you a certain memory from your past (you and your ex boyfriend sung one of their songs all the time) then maybe that could be a reason to be upset.

I would only be worried if you cried everyday, all the time and you felt as though everything was bad and didn't want to do anything- that is depression.

But a little cry is more than okay every now and then!

Well, sometimes when I listen to Fade Into You by Mazzy Star it brings back thoughts of my friends and how I would feel if I lose them. So, I just want to cry. Same thing with Nirvana I feel like soo many things in my life are going great that something may just barge in and break it down, or break me down.
Bhaha good question!:D

You dug deep in yourself. . .the song Nirvana put you in nirvana and things you have hidden like feelings and thoughts have came out. . just let if flow!

It's like this sometimes for pretty much everyone... And Nirvana makes you cry sometimes.
Some songs might make you think of something sad, even without you realizing it.

because sometimes things build up in our lives and we get our minds racing and going and sometimes all we need is a good cry

It be like that sometimes

Yeah tell me about it. I've been crying all night for no reason.
