Question: Anxiety Attack? Had a major break down. I want advice on how to overcome it.?
No i can't take meds or go to a psychologist. Right now it's not even possible. I'm 19 years old a girl. I been trying to really hard not let the stress that's consuming break out. Today my friend invited me to his, Theater thing he a senior in high school. I have to admit I HATED THAT HIGH SCHOOL. It's just the plain truth. I hated everything that happened in that high school. Not that people were bullys or anything. But just i started to feel anxiety part way. But was trying my best to remain calm. Everything went find everyone sang, it was great my friend did amazing. Something happened, and i started to call my mom, as i saw one of my friends going with these other girls. Truth i was being ignored. I went with a friend who we been friends since high school and graduated together. But she was talking with other girls. Then my guy friend was busy, cleaning up. I started to call and i started to feel tense, nervous, suffocating. I felt like i had to leave or i would break down in front of everyone. I left and walked home which is 40 minutes away. I cried. It's pathetic. How i am. In college i feel more better, but in this high school it felt that strange awful feeling. :/ I'm so weird. I feel okay now. I want to know how i can become more stronger in situations like this. without meds or psychologist. I'm in the waiting list with a counselor (psychologist) in college. I been doing exercise and that's helped majorly. I don't know what to do all these things all these problems are consuming me. I need to stop. But i need advice. :(
