Am i required to tell my unit Im getting help for depression?!

Question: Am i required to tell my unit Im getting help for depression?
I'm in the army reserves. After I joined I developed depression in which I am currently seeking help from a non-military psychologist. Do I have to inform my unit about my depression? Couldn't find the answer in the AR.

Thank you for your time.

Im not sure but if you are not sure why dont you just inform them anyway? lol
Unless you dont want to. I would have thought that it would be advisable to, because depression can effect us in so many different ways. It effects our judgement. It effects our will to live lol
I would tell them.

You are probably required to tell but you might want to try to fix this on your own check out
