somebody PLEASE HELP , sleep question ?!


Question: Somebody PLEASE HELP , sleep question ?
I'm 14 years old and i can never sleep. It's currently 5 am and i feel like i cannot sleep. then i finally get tired after 6am and fall asleep and sleep all day.
should i just stay up all day and all night and lift weights during the day ( tommrows my weight day ) and then go to bed later on at night??

I used to be like you, sometimes , i never sleep. insomnia. I guess.

But when I started to read about health and growth. Since I want to grow taller. I should sleep earlier and eat healthier.

But it also concerning your hormones. You need sleep.

Before night, exercise and anything that makes you really tired. It helps trying to get you to sleep.
usually i take a long bath shower and stay there for a long time. It relaxes your mind and will get you into sleep.

Please sleep well. Trying closing your eyes and dream a dream that you would to happen. It works for me all the time. :)



Yep its a good idea! I went threw the same thing at the same age. To overcome it I would stay up all day and have a big swim in the sfternoon then a big meal of carbs. Id go out like a light!

Just tell anyone u may assosiate with what your doing and your probably not thinking straight because of the tiredness.
