Answers:

No you are not a freak. All too many people have OCD and not enough is known about it to effect a positive cure. However, it can be treated and your symptoms relieved.
Even if it were possible, I doubt that anyone would like to have the ability to read someone else's thoughts. I know I sure would not. I have enough trouble dealing with all the junk rattling around in my own head. This is the case with most people. So even if someone had the ability to read your thoughts, why would they want to? With OCD, even knowing that probably will not help. You do need professional help. A treatment that is most effective may be a combination of medications and psychotherapy. When you are mentally where you now find yourself it is difficult or impossible to see a way out. If it is possible for you, I suggest you seek treatment.
Take care.

I have ocd too and dont have any treatment things.
As real as it is to u it is something will effect the rest of ur life if u dont try convincing urself otherwise. its real hard but wen you start getting the obssessive thoughts it builds up until it actually poses as a problem u gotta have real good self disipline and determination to help urself specially with sucha extreme problem, but i did it its not gone but i can manage it well u can tooo

Ask someone in the room a question inside your head. If they seem to hear you, then they are probably reading your mind. If they just sit there and don't do anything, then you will realize that it isn't possible for someone to read your mind.

I've actually done that before because I sometimes get superstitious and paranoid too.

I'm 15 too and I've had it since I was about 6, maybe younger.
I've seen many different psychiatrists/counsellors and I do recommend seeing one. It's good to talk about everything and your paranoia is common within OCD so they can help you with that.

Also, feel free to message me if you want to talk (:

I would see a counselor if I were you. I have bad anxiety anorexia and depression where I get paranoid too!

Please help me with my question!

This happens in OCD sufferers and tends to be confused with psychosis by the public, but it's not the same thing. It's not that you're insane and the cognitive part of you is actually convinced that people can read your mind, but your anxiety is going haywire and making you worry about things that you know are silly. When you adjust to the situation, you're not actually doing it so no one can hear your thoughts, it's just to get rid of the irrational nagging feeling that they are. It all comes down to the obsessions and compulsions of OCD. If it's intrusive enough you may want to see a mental health professonal for treatment, though sometimes symptoms like that go away on their own.
