Question: I cant go to this specific city?
I have been to this foreign city twice in the last five years. While staying i have been extremely unhappy because of family reasons, and now my parents want us to spend the vacation there again. I feel like crying whenever i think of that place and i wish never to visit it again.
My decision to not go there upsets my parents, so my question is this... How can i get over this?

well you can discuss the issue in a calm mature manner with Your parents explaining what the issues are with this particular issue but its not reasonable to expect them not to go because You have negative connotations with the place
is it so bad that you possibly cant go?
is something happened ot you there or other family
what are your other options can they go and leave you with other family
