Is it possible to suffer from Severe Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Repression..?!
Question: Is it possible to suffer from Severe Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Repression..?
Answers:
yes, it is possible but suicide is not the answer. you need to see a psychiatrist (or if you have one give him/her a call) and let them know what is happening with you right now. if you aren't on medicines you need to be. if you are then you either need your dosages increased or changed. you might also want to consider seeing a psychologist for talk therapy. it has done wonders for me. i have schizophrenia, severe depression, severe anxiety, mixed bipolar,PTSD and dissociation. i understand where you are coming from. i have attempted suicide 4 times in my life. after the last attempt i started seeing a psychologist for talk therapy and learned that suicide is not the answer to any of my problems. in talking i learned what caused my depression (other than genetics) and once i learned that i started to work on the problems. i was badly abused as a child and young adult mentally, verbally, emotionally and physically. but i learned that i can get past it with help and live a fairly normal life.
personal experience since i have been there. please seek help.
