turn your lights on dim an hour before you wanted to go to bed.
Go running, work out in the evening. It will totally refresh you but you have to work hard. put loads of effort into it and you will go home feeling very relaxed and clearminded. Have a shower watch a lil tv and you will feel achy and comfortable at the same time and fall asleep. Works all the time for me. Usually when i dont do exercise i feel grogey and stressed so i find it hard to sleep. :)
Try to relax, like read a book or something before bed. Don't use any electronics before bed. If your room is cool, that will help. A dark room is good to. Hope that helps.
