See a therapist or a doctor of some sort. Learn little methods and tips to control anger, and remember your not alone, you can get help for breakdowns, I know life is hard, but you got to try not to let everything affect you.
Do you have feelings of :sadness, no interest in activities, insomnia, agitation at everything, feel worthless, can't concentrate, have weight loss or gain, feel tired all the time? If you answered yes to at least five of these symptoms, then you could be depressed. It sounds like talking to a professional counselor might be of help to you. Breakdowns are no fun. I've been through a lot of them. Counseling and an anti-depressant medicine helped me get back on track. Also one of the symptoms I forgot to add is suicidal thoughts.
