I went up stairs to my room for like 10 mins, then I heard music and I saw may dad naked with a blond wig on dancing to a barbie song and he was yelling :"Oh ken you so hot" he did know I saw and our family is having dinner soon... what do i do?

Sit down at the dinner table and ask him to pass the potatoes.

just act like it never happened. your dad deserves his privacy just like you. any way if you put it out of your mind long enough you might forget for real. but remember he is still your dad and this shouldnt change how you feel about him

Ask him about it, but say it in a jokey way first.. then if he just laughes repete your self xxxx
