My face has come out in big red spots , I'm just wondering if it could be because of bulimia? If so , how can I get rid of them?

Most likely. When you throw up all the blood rushes to your face.That could be the red you are seeing. acne is most likely something clogging your pores. Please do not purge. Doing something like that is going to kill you. If you think your overweight, eat healthy and then go to the gym. By eating junk (even if you purge) your body is still absorbing some calories! There is better ways to stay thin!
