Please no smart remarks, I need truthful answers? Anxiety/Derealization?!

Question: Please no smart remarks, I need truthful answers? Anxiety/Derealization?
Does anyone know of any other medications that work for anxiety/derealization besides Metoprolol, Citalopram, and Clonzopam (klonopin). I've been taking Metoprolol once a day, Citalopram once a day, and Klonopin 3 times a day since mid July after I went through a crazy panic/anxiety derealization attack after being laid off. The attack lasted from the end of June through the end of July when the medicine started to work. I felt totally better after that and have been ever since. I might have gone two or three days in the past months since then experiencing the anxiety but other than that I've been perfectly fine since the end of july. Last Tuesday, Feb.1 it's like my medications stopped working for me and ever since then i've been feeling the anxiety/derealization all over again and it's annoying as hell!! I made an appointment to go see my doctor who prescribed the medicines for me, for monday afternoon. Im going to ask her if she can raise my dosages or prescribe me some other medicines that will help me. I read that klonopin only works for a few months. Anyone know of any other medicines that will work or should I just ask her to raise my dosages.

If your medication feels like it has stopped working then, the doctor will most likely increase your dosage because, you were feeling better which mean they were working.

Ativan (anti anxiety)
Xanax (anti anxiety)

I don't recommend any anti-anxiety meds (benzodiazepines) unless you REALLY need it right then at that time. They are pretty addicting.

Clonidine. Technically a medicine for people with high blood pressure, but it does work for anxiety as well. This of course would be dependant on what your baseline blood pressure and pulse is.

Prozac is pretty much the starting drug of choice for anxiety/depression. I am actually surprised you aren't on it.
